Seriously
So out of the blue, my niece called me this morning. My oldest niece who is now 13. And do you know what she wanted to talk about? My stories, the anime of Vampire Knight, and the first Kingdom Hearts game.
When she gets to high school, she wants to take Japanese, but I don't know if Ellsworth even offers it. It didn't last time I knew, but things could have changed since then. She wants to go to Japan, but when I asked her where, she said the only place she knows of is Tokyo. *headdesk*
I have aided and abetted the geekery, but obviously I haven't been around enough. Otherwise, she'd know more. If I do get into this scholarship program, I'm really hoping I can get her out there. Or she'll do an exchange/study abroad program, herself. Either way, these things will be fixed.
