Independence runs in the family

I just discovered that my great great grandmother, even in a more traditional time, decided to keep her last name when she got married. She became a Labonte-Smith. How cool is that? It looks like women in my family have ALWAYS been free spirits. Rock on, great great grandmother. Mom says she was "a case and a half". She ran the general store and was into business, and her first husband was a noted "Indian killer". Huh.

A different grandmother also had 15 sons and one daughter. Anytime I've told you that, I think I said 14, but I was wrong. Is that not crazy? I think the Molnars are going to overrun the planet one day. I should go to a reunion so that they can assimilate me and I will be part of the dominant army here. The Molnars vs the world. It will be epic.

The barbeque last night was pretty super fun. We watched Army of Darkness, played guitar hero, went for a walk, ate smores, ate bison, ate Charleston Chews, ate more, played more guitar hero and spent a lot of time just sitting, talking and hanging out. It was pretty ideal for me. I love it when we can all just sit together and talk.

Anyways... Just thought I would share.

Oh, and I am retrieving the old journal. You guys are right. I will just go to each individual entry and make it private. I was just upset about how emo I used to be... But you're right. It's a documentation of how I've changed and grown, and how I will change and grow so much more in years to come. It's worth keeping.

And on another note, I am going to start a dream journal. I will buy one soon, and once I have, I'm sure you will all be welcome to read it upon request. I've had a dream about nearly everyone I know, even if they are simple, but I am terrible at remembering them. Yeah, that probably includes you. I frequently dream about my friends, and I just think maybe people would be interested in hearing about it sometime. If not... Well, I'd still like to remember these things. They get wild.
