Now see Adam, this all depends on when you want to know who sung it. See this song was originally recorded in 1930 by Cab Calloway and His Orchestra, they (he) then changed a few of the lyrics in 1933, however it was taken in 1931 and redone by Mills Blue Rhythm Band vocals on that being Wardell Jones. The song was also played into one of the most famous Betty Boop cartoons ever created in 1932, I believe it was the 17th cartoon to feature her. I'm not to sure on dates with the next one here, but the song was then rerecorded by Big Bad Voodoo Daddy. This song was on the first show of Cher in 1975. It was in the movie The Blues Brothers in 1980, performed by its original writer and singer Cab Calloway who once again changed the lyrics. Okay, I will stop now. Bet you didn't know it went back that far did ya? Oh how I hate being old.

Just a little. I mostly remembered seeing that Betty Boop cartoon when I was a kid. And don't forget that my dad listens to alot of old music too, and I am subjected to listening to it whenever we go anywhere together or I just happen to be on the computer late at night. Besides, Google sucks.

Nay, google is the god of search engines. Ok, not really. There are a ton more accurate, though Google does give you a lot of results quite fast. I need to get around to playing Google seppuku...
