The vibe in class still seems a bit mellow. I suppose that's a good thing, though, since I've healed but my own energy is still regaining strength.
I know I never responded to your last comment on a post of mine a while ago about feelings... I didn't know what to say and then the attack happened and I was a bit out of it for a while.
But... I sort of want to talk. Maybe on here, maybe in person. I don't know which is better. I kind of fear doing it in person given the subject and I don't want to see anger or pain on your face and be the cause of it.
I just want you to know what's going on so you can do your best to help the one that needs it.
