Apparently I just feel spammy today.
I know I still haven't reviewed TF2 yet, and I probably won't yet tonight, but I'm just gonna say--I find it hard (and tiring) to see all the articles and posts about the sexism and racism in the movie. I acknowledge that there are parts that are over the top and unnecessary. (I also think they're not black but the whitest redneck blue collar git er done boys I have ever fucking heard, but I guess I'm the only one of this opinion.) BUT.

Guess what I went to see? I went to see giant fighting alien robots beat the ever-loving shit out of each other. And I got it. Repeatedly. That trumped everything I might have disliked, the issues being brought up everywhere being pretty far down the list, really.
