(no subject)
Yeah, it was inevitable, I got a bit sickly today. :P Thankfully it was nothing debilitating. And at a point in time when I could kick back on the bed watching Live Free or Die Hard on HBO. Fuck yeah. And Dane Cook.
So otherwise, took a little tour around the campus, which we didn't need to, because it was really for me, since I've obviously never been around--and to be honest, I don't give a damn, right? XD But oh my god dudes Frank Warren's going to be here (aka PostSecret guy) on the third. Neither dad nor my brother gave a damn, of course. :|
So then we went to the museum around here. Apparently I missed a Megalodon exhibit, but you know what, that's okay, because they had one on dinosaur eggs. Fuck yes. So it was pretty fun and a little small but a good time, and fucking dinosaurs, which will always make my day no matter what. We were thinking of taking in a movie so guess what, we went to the local mall to see if they had a theater. XD Yeah, smart, inorite?
So yeah anyway we're gonna all go see Quantum tomorrow (bro hasn't, dad and I have, but honestly, is there anything at all better to watch? NO) and then do some go karting in the city, so that should be pretty awesome.
OH DUDE GUYS. So after we had supper in this little strip mall, we found this Vintage Stock store. DVDs, games, comics, figurines, stuff like that. And they've got plenty of new stuff, let me tell you, BUT SO MUCH LITERALLY VINTAGE STUFF. I WANT TO LIVE THERE. I was this close to buying some very obvious old and very obviously used TF like...puzzles. XD And an oldskool BSG one. And some stuff for my GameBoyColor. And we were looking at SNES and Atari games. And just old VHS tapes and comic books and figurines and trading cards and records and oh my god I just wanted to live there and buy so much REALLY CHEAP crap. But. Didn't. I might have to convince dad to take me there again before we leave. I mean I've got money. And my card. I just...am warying of buying stuff now, like, at all. Because I need Christmas money, obviously. Need to see if there's a place like that anywhere back home.
So, yeah, usual thing tonight, do NaNo (I want to see if I can't do a little more tonight, get really ahead, and finish tomorrow, just in case I'm not able to get on the last night in time, y'know), RPing, whatever.
