You'd think the first episode of the last season would've had something, y'know, HAPPEN in it.
I admit, I flailed at the Tigh dream/mental image/whatever it was. I mean, knew it wasn't real, but still... Now, the real question is, was that Cylon influenced, or did his paranoia and fear get to him? I'mma say the latter, but you never know...
Gaius and his religious cult of fangirls was...amusing and tiring at the same time. I guess he's actually gonna start putting a little more actual faith in the Big Guy now, huh? XD Tho after all this time, I dunno if I'll be able to get used to shaven!Baltar again! Ha, and I used to hate the Jesusface...
And then there's Kara. FRAK NO, I don't believe her, I wouldn't trust her direction. Especially not after being told that she'll basically be the harbinger of death. Whether SHE believes that of herself or not doesn't matter. Oh Anders. XD Your girl would shoot you if you ever told her.
Lee...I dunno how I feel about him thinking about a government job. Really? Are you REALLY gonna do that, Lee? I mean, fucking hell, you were most CERTAINLY a far better pilot than when you were working on Gaius' side...you only won because your emotions took over (and your logic, and that's after being put on the spot and basically being about to lose--I'd trust his piloting skills over courtroom skills any day).
Kara's going all I MUST TAKE OUT WHAT IS LEADING US AWAAAAAAY, but no way will they kill Laura. If they do...wow, then that's it, man. That would suck, and your old man will trust you EVEN LESS.
XD I just love how Chief and the chick and Tigh are all just trading glances at each other while Lee and Adama and Laura are COMPLETELY OBLIVIOUS...
OH AND, the scene with Sam, and being scanned by the raider, and the EYES FLASHING RED, and they just turn tail...that was a pretty sweet scene.
Let's hope next week's better.
...The 18th. DW S4 airs on Sci-Fi starting the 18th. ...Remember how I was so certain I was quitting S4? I'm still a fangirl deep inside. I see the start of commercial, I see Ten, and it's all DOCTOR WHO, NEW, RETURNING, and my eyes widen, and my heartrate quickens, and the corners of my mouth tug up, a squee forms in my throat.
Then I remember it's S4 and skid to a halt and go '...wait, am I actually going to watch this?'
I figure I might as well see the Christmas special. I'd always meant to, just never did. (And the more I heard about the fact that Ten cannot keep his god damn lips to himself for one girl, the less intrigued I was.) I'm willing to give THAT much a shot, at least. Man, I'mma be a hypocrite and watch S4 anyway, aren't I? And then I'll bitch and moan through every episode, and people will tell me to STFU and stop watching. But it'll be one of those THINGS you can't stop watching in hopes that it'll actually be good again, y'know, like S3. So I...guess we'll...see then. :\ (Said it before, will ALWAYS say it: miss mah Nine. ;; )
Lulz, Sarah Jane Adventures is starting on Sci-Fi, tho. :P Now I KNOW I ain't gonna watch that. Maybe, maybe would've given it a shot when it first aired if it wasn't, y'know, aimed at kids. (Says the chick who has just set her alarm to get up in time to see Transformers Animated. Ha.) Maybe if there was more of a drawing-in than Sarah Jane, but...no.

Fucking econ. Due to that class, I cannot view (most) commercials in the same light anymore. I MISS being able to completely ignore them. D:
