a decent week for hockey
well howdy doody peeps. finally get some time to do this so here goes. monday had a jv game n i knew we'd get our asses kicked n we did..jj started n gave up 4 shitty goals then i came in n gave up 2 goals so that just sucked. it was against state college which made it worse cuz they will prolly be the worst team in the league for jv. practices on wednesday sucked. skates were soo shitty cz i needed them sharpened. but after the tracker practice at 9-10. ralph asked me to play the adult league game from 10-11:30 which i was unsure about cuz it was late but then one of the players (a Macdonald guy) said he'd pay me 20 bucks to play so i called my dad n told him to forget about picking me up n played. we won like 9-3 but it was fun n worth the 20 big ones. thursday was the big day, varsity's big game against derry. didn't know what to expect with them cuz their jh team was good in 8th grade when we played them but believe me...they sucked soo badly. we won like 11-2, jj gave one up which i believe was an easy shot to stop cuz it hit his glove n went in, n i gave one up which was a nice shot, from about the faceoff dot n it went top shelf on me. so that was pretty cool. there was alot of fighting goin on which will come back to bite us in the ass for our next game. cuz we lost brian and aj from fighting and they are unable to play the game against planet ice next saturday. PI isnt a very good team but they are decent. better than derry. o well. today had bowling which was ok. 190, 103, 178. i was struggling with the consistency of my arm motion n release for the second game so thats y the result was soo crappy. then i just got home from a tracker game which we won 7-1. the one goal i gave up was decent. pass went from corner to the slot area and he got off a good wrist shot into the bottom corner which deflected off my leg pad but went in. o well. still stopped 15/16 shots. later tonight im prolly gonna go see SAW with the hockey guys since no one has talked to me about it with my school buds. i hate how everyone leaves the planning up to me n relies on me to get things done. o well. have fun with what i can so wth. game tomorrow for trackers at 11am at Mon Valley. i dunno what to expect from them but coach is making us get there at 10 to run for a lil while well my dad said to hell with that, well get there around 10:30. aigh peace out
