i hate dreams

sigh..for the last few days sleep has been no friend of mine,i keep having night terrors which cause me to wake covered in a cold sweat.causeing me to stay awake for a hours staring into the darkness....and its always the same i'm losing everyone around me that i love and care about different scenario but always the same results i'm standing alone
