She has a temper, which she knows damned well, and so do, well, the vast majority of people she interacts with.
She accepts this, and controls it best she can, and hits things when she can't.
The words, though...those are harder to control, when she's angry, and sometimes they're in Russian, and sometimes in Japanese, and once in Skrull, which disturbed Kurt and turned her anger to laughter.
But they still hurt, when she says them, and she knows. Accepts. Repents, sometimes, and other times doesn't.
There are always words you want to take back, some silly, some not.
You can't choose one thing. It's never just one thing. It's the slow progression, the accumulation. Kitty doesn't think one thing is worse than the others, and she thinks she's most honest when she's angry.
But sometimes she thinks she'd take back any time she said that she hated someone.
Because sooner or later, everyone dies, and she keeps living, and even if it was said in a sulk, she has to remember that.
All the hate, she'd take back if she could.
