20 Piper & Prue Halliwell (Charmed) icons + 1 alt of Phoebe

I claimed Piper & Prue over at charmed20in20 because I wanted to challenge myself to see if I could icon two characters. And boy it was a challenge but that was due to the caps. I am going to need to look up or play around more with coloring because I feel it just falls flat.

For stolen claim I picked Phoebe from the list of sign ups.
