Yeah, you're probably right. Like you already noticed, there isn't any fog here, but it doesn't really look like anywhere inside the TV world, so we can probably count that out.

I've been told the city is called Template, and that there are refugees from other worlds here, though that has not been elaborated on.

I've not yet found out what was meant by the term, either. But the one I talked to mentioned "summoning" and "magic", and did add that it is impossible to leave.
