As you may have been told already, this is a city known as Template. None of us know exactly where it is, though it is widely assumed it's in another universe or world that none of us are a part of otherwise. Or at least, were.

None. We are unable to leave the city, and within the city, nobody has been considerate enough to tell us anything involving the world outside it. If I may spare you a bit of time, the maps and historical works are also poor when it comes to useful information.

... There is. But as I said, it isn't especially useful. The records are somewhat... strange. Either this city has had some manner of cover up done on them, or the history of Template is a very... colorful one.
