Room for Rent
OMG!! A real post! =P
One of our housemates moved out (moving closer to work), so we now have a room in our house available for rent. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood near the corner of North White and Penitencia Creek in San Jose. We're close to 680, not too far from 101, and well north of scary East San Jose. The Great Mall is about 4 miles northwest of us.
You'd get the back corner bedroom in a three bedroom house, plus access to the kitchen (electric), laundry, living room, etc, as well as Comcast TV & Interwebs (wireless N, wired on request), and phone. You'd be living with me, Steeleheart, and Ross; in other words, Will/Yote's former housemates. Since his departure a year ago, we've maintained a stable, drama-free(!), and (mostly) quiet household. =)
Total monthly rent is stable at $700 per person, including all utilities. We maintain a household bank account for all of the rent and bills, as well as a reserve fund to cushion us from surprise expenses.
As to what we're looking for, stable employment is a must, drugs are a no (420 is a maybe, legit paperwork required), and pets (sadly) are also a no, unless they're contained (aquariums, terrariums, etc).
