Halloween mysteries

Just got back from a very entertaining night. The provost at the satellite campus where I teach some of my classes offered certain members of the faculty (who just happened to be at the right place, at the right time) tickets to a mystery and dessert production by student players. The show was a very interactive 'who done it', with audience participation.

I have to admit that I didn’t tell my hubby about the interactive part until we were seated because I wasn’t sure he would agree to go with me if he knew. It turned out that he was one of the most ‘picked on’ members of the audience. I think because he was one of the youngest and most attractive guys there. (Yes of course I’m biased, but I happen to think he’s pretty cute.) He ended up enjoying himself (what middle-aged guy wouldn’t like having not one but three different pretty college girls sitting in his lap lol.)

Trick or treating was sort of a bust this year. It’s been raining all evening (besides, we weren’t here part of the evening anyway). It’s not a good thing for a diabetic to have a bunch of candy sitting around.
