Happy Easter
I have returned! So happy I was able to stay off the computer for forty days and nights. Most excellent.
It is now fourth quarter! Crazy that APs are in two weeks. Not really excited about that. Once we, and I mean seniors, get past the APs and the finals we'll all just be sittin pretty. So excited for my New Student Conference, which is the day after graduation. Well, technically the second day after but I have to be in Texas a day early because I'm not a Texas high school student so I have to take a math test of some sort. Not allowed to forget anything apparently. In my absence, I have been given two scholarships from A&M, one from the Honors program and the other from the Corps. Happy to be a slightly lighter financial burden.
Work is still going really well. The guy who trained me quit so for a while there were just two checkers and too many empty slots in the work schedule for my boss. I suggested one of my guys friends who is good-looking and tall (to fake out the cashiers) and my boss hired him and everythings been going pretty well. He has a pair of WMZQ tickets and I've been trying/leaving hints about how badly I want to go. Hopefully that works out- I need to see some of those people in concert. I watched the CMTs the other night and immediately had to go out and buy five more cds. Thank goodness I have a job. And an ipod- which is becoming too small. I need to get the huge memory size new kind of ipod; my nano is only going to hold about eighty more songs.
Sigh, I planned on writing a bit more but I'll just do it later. I have a bunch of homework still left to do. I had planned to spread it all over the break but somehow that just didn't work out.
