So I too conformed to the masses this evening to give the world my two cents. It was surprisingly convienent, being only three blocks from my house. I was freindly [clueless] and visited all three voting wards/districts present [didn't know which one I was living in] before signing my name and pulling the level.
This was the first time since I left home that I've voted. Then again, it was only this year that the government had any clue that I had moved out of my parents' residents. And of course, I never got my absente ballots while in Utica. *shrug* Water under the bridge.
For months we have listen to the candidates talk, argue, debate, and bitch. And tonight, from the store computer, I watch as Bush pulls an early 39 to 3 lead over Kerry. It's early yet and there are still 46 states left to tally. Who will America vote off "the island"?
