Something to think on ....
Ok, now as some of you may know, I'm a Star Trek junkie. I ALMOST live and breath it.
I don't, cause I actually Have a life, her name is Anne ;) *hugs and kisses*
Anyways, I am a member of a number of online Play By e-Mail (PBeM) Star Trek RolePlaying groups. In one, I introduced something that has been dubbed a Technotribble. For those of you confused as to what a Tribble is, go find the Star Trek episode "Trouble with Tribbles," and then find the Star Trek: Deep Space 9 episode "Trials and Tribblations," and you'll get the whole story.
As for TechnoTribbles, well, these are mechnical replica's of Tribbles that do everythign a tribble does, except instead of eating food, it eats anything inorganic (AKA metals, plastics) and so forth. I won't get into the details, becuase I know i've already put a few of you guys to sleep already.
On with the point, you say? Well, you asked for it.
One of the new people asked for a clarification on a few things, and when Anne found out about it, she told me to tell em that TechnoTribbles are simply "tribbles that wear earphones and listen to Techno."
For those of you who aren't laughing ... I'm sorry for you.
