well it looks as though Becca and I are days away from buying our first home. The housing market down here is EXTREMELY tight. reports say that the housing market is slowing down, but around here its just starting to turn. anyways, we found a simple 3 level townhome in a funky neighborhood for a steal. we're a little concerned about the neighborhood, but it'll be o.k. we looked at a bunch of different houses in the neighborhood and saw kids and people out and about. if it were a bad neighborhood all the kids would be in their houses. we're excited and alittle scared. its new responsibilites and things like that. i'll post pictures when i get a chance. we probably won't be moving in until mid January.
