Mileina Vashti
"I'm Mileina Vashti, and I'm thirteen years old."
A very sweet, polite, and energetic girl. She's definitely a good kid, and quite helpful, if a little odd. Masamori is getting used to her way of approaching things, and might be growing fond of her in his way. Mileina's also something of a go-to source for information about the community.
Apparently her father has some sort of classified job (probably military). He seems like a pretty good guy. Mileina has increasing involvement in her father's line of work, and Masamori tries to offer support as he can without Mileina revealing classified information. Mileina is also on the front lines encouraging Masamori to sweep Mai off her feet, to Masamori's discomfort.

Mai Taniyama
"You were helpful to me, so I'd like to do the same for you."
Mai's a pretty sensible girl who works at a supernatural investigation agency part-time. She's positive and helpful, when she's not understandably frustrated. Mai happened to say the right thing at the right time, and because of that she's become maybe the closest thing to a confidant Masamori has on the community. He's become used to her support, and has come to rely on her, in his way.
Masamori feels that he owes her, and if Mai ends up in trouble she'll find she has a very determined ally.
Much to their mutual embarrassment, people seem to be confusing the two for more than friends. And after a recent virus in which the two thought they were married for a week, Masamori has been forced to admit to himself that there may be some truth in the rumors, at least from his side. Which is leading to him slightly avoiding Mai and closing himself back off a bit around her, because he believes she'll be better off that way.

Homura Akemi
"I'm not really good at having a positive attitude, either..."
Homura is a nice, capable but shy girl who has ended up in a situation that no one should be forced to live through. The magic system in her world is deeply destructive, and while Homura's trying to help fix it seems she's having to shut herself down to do so, loosing some of the friends she briefly gained. Masamori's a little concerned for her, but he figures the best way to help her is to be a good ally. Their relationship has become rather professional, at least on the surface.

"It's dangerous, but I think it's worth it."
Madoka is a sweet girl, friendly and trying hard to do the best for everyone. Like Homura, she's stuck in a world where she can be pulled into a very messed up system. Unlike Homura, she doesn't know about time repeating while Homura tries to improve things. Masamori has a lot of respect for the sacrifices Madoka is willing to make, but he firmly believes she shouldn't have to make them.

"Yeah, it was a ghost."
A teenager of the snarky variety who doesn't seem too happy about her ability to see ghosts and how she has to deal with them, even though she goes through with it. It's not surprising, considering that she seems to have had very little support. Masamori's interested in how ghosts work in her world, and thinks she needs more people who know what she's talking about to talk to.

Gellert Grindelwald
"I don't need to know them to know they are cruel and stupid."
Grindelwald quite evidently thinks that people fit neatly into categories, and that the power certain categories has puts them easily above others. Masamori disagrees, both with the idea that some sort of power is inherently better than another and with the categorization, something he sees as a pattern of thought typical of those giving up their humanity. And to make it worse, Gellert is clearly stubborn about keeping to his narrow way of thinking and has difficulty comprehending that there are other ways things work. Masamori could dislike him more, but honestly that's too much effort, he has political rivals at home to worry about who are much more concerning than some wizard teenager.

"I can forget about seeing it, if you want."
Rare for the community, Issei is mostly an intelligent, polite young man with what would be a normal life if it weren't for those involved with it peripherally. Issei has been around the community quite a while and is another reliable source on it. Masamori's inclined to listen to what Issei has to say, as it's usually well-thought out. And even better, Masamori is grateful for Issei's ability to back off and be quiet when someone else wants space.

"And here I thought I was the only one here with a big sweet tooth."
Rei and Masamori share a similar love of sweets, leading to bonding over the dessert bars at community events.
Rei is in a somewhat similar line of work as Masamori. More meaningful text to come.

Roze Thomas
"It must be nice, staying with so many people."
Roze has evidently been through quite a lot, but she's come through it not only intact but as one of the kindest people Masamori has ever met. He respects her for that, even while it makes him a little bitter. She's not the most knowledgeable person on the community, but she's sensible and good, which makes her someone to pay attention to, if not always agreed with. Masamori would call her one of the most trustworthy people on the community.
He also suspects that getting Roze genuinely angry at you would be a bad idea.
