Tsubasa In Popular Culture
I'm sure by now, most of you have heard how "Break the Sword of Justice", Kurogane's theme from the beetrain anime, made it into the Olympics. That, I must admit, was beyond epic. And my heart sang for it.
Tonight I went and saw "Mirrors" (which is mostly plotless gore and scaretactic) with my sister's friends and my dad. While I may just develope an unhealthy phobia of reflective surfaces, I couldn't help but laugh at the fact that everytime the little kid looked into the mirror in his bedroom, you got a pretty good view of the Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle wall-scroll that took up most of his wall. I LOL'd. I wonder what connections FUNI has with the movie company...
