Either Alek or Deryn from Scott Westerfeld's Leviathan. It's a WWI steampunk AU. The illustrations are by Keith Thompson, who has some pretty wicked awesome art at his site here: keiththompsonart.com.
A Lady Gaga costume. It's either the "bailed out of jail" outfit from Telephone, or the bathtub outfit from Bad Romance.
Kohaku from CLAMP's wish. This is my favorite outfit. :)
