(no subject)
Applied to a job in Erie, Pa. Was called back and had a phone interview with the HR. Hopefully this thing can turn out. Otherwise I am just going to wait for a bit in CT and just obtain my PE. I just recently received the PE review book and it does not seem so bad. I have not really looked through it all but just skimmed the pages of the old exams and they don't seem as hard as I thought they would be... But who knows what will happen.. I have not really done any real engineering in a bit.
Its just weird I have been out here for a 1.5 years already. It really does not feel like it.. I still remember grilling for all my friends right before I came out here. I do miss being in a rust-belt region though. Never really thought I would miss Buffalo but it is my hometown. It just seems like people are less judgmental and better drivers. I still don't understand why people break when they see the sun outside... But one thing I like it out here is that the beaches are great. Also its very nice that NYC is only 1.5 hours away by train. Its just nice to go into the city once in awhile. Also Pizza out here is great. I have found a few places with great wings but I am glad that Andi and I don't eat that shit anymore...
