This'll be a mostly random post. Just cause.
The aerial's all set up now so we have access to all the freeview channels, even ones I've not been able to see here (even upstairs) ever. Woo! We also have one of those fancy new HD tvs, which is gonna come out of the money mum'll get from the accident. The HDness sows the best, oddly on old black and white films. They looks like they were made recently, cause of the detail.
Although the man that brought it left it at the gate and expected me to haul the thing in. Bah.
There was a random thing on the news the other day cause yesterday was the anniversary of the Dunkirk evacuation. It's amazing really that so many ships (mostly not even military ones) went back and forth to rescue all those people. Amazing and brave.
Finally went to beat Ash/Red on Pokemon and I kicked his ass. Seriously, he only managed to knock out about 2 of mine. Woo! So now I have the other starters (Treeko and Charmander) and the orb to get Groudon, which I'll do at some point.
I downloaded the Star Wars soundtracks I've mislaid (and even gained a download of the 3 disk Episode III one which I didn't know existed) so I've listened to random tracks today.
Went to see nan this morning, she was alright. Dan was a pest, all pulling and annoying.
I started Heartgold today. I started with Cyndaquil and also have Butterfree and Bellsprout. other Pokemon I want aren't out till night though, so I'm not levealling them up more until I have those.
I found this thing that translates what you type into Aurebesh (and yes, I have downloaded the font). It's fun to see what random words are in it. I'm also pondering.
I should be going tomorrow still to the championships, but I still need my birth certificate, if mum can find it. If I do go my team'll be: Weavile, Ampharos, Venomoth, Houndoom, Feraligatr and Slowking.
Bah the new goverment is shit and lacking of logic. Let's hope that a new election happens soon. My thoughts'll be summed up by the new Wookieepedia quote.
