Ex-men
So I spend all day Monday shooting Christian's not so hot parody of X-Men. He really doesn't deserve my presence let alone my contribution, but I had my motives for filming it. Was it worth it in the end? Yeah, if only because I got some much needed experience using my movie program and with filming indoors (Which I never liked). But it was also fun to see Christian's new friends and drive over to Coral Springs. The worst part of it all was the Girls house we shot at, Lior. Damn was she a bitch. But not as bad as Christian was at first, being a little shit and saying he didn’t want us to come, only that he needed my camera. Whata fag. At least he seemed to mellow out by today. Chris was so pissed he didn’t even go.
Ho boy. This summer's been eventful. Maybe because I'm getting older, but I haven't sat at home and chilled for days. I’m motoring around from 10 till 10, and then just collapsing, or going online to talk or something. Hardly have time to read anymore, can't play any Games at all. But that's good, right? Who cares. Go with the flow. If you over-analyze everything it sucks the fun out of life, making it a remarkably reliable way too depress yourself.
Drums. Oh my God. What a pain it is to have to practice everyday once again. Maybe if I had practiced snare from my junior year I wouldn't have too. But I put it off. Oh well. More work now. But damn am I glad Jed had that little camp in the mid summer, or I'd be walking in at Percussion camp and sucking ass when it was time to decide who was on what. At least I have two years of marching under my belt. Fucking freshman and sophomores. And I never knew how much of a control-freak Kim was. She's glad to be rid of me just so she can boss those sophomores around. The nerve of her! She rested on my drum! DID THAT MEAN ANYTHING TO YOU? Ha! Thought not. But man does that bum me out that people don't want me on the line.
Jogging every/other day has been pretty fun. If I had nothing to do and nowhere to go on time I'd probably jog everywhere. That would be awesome. Also bowling is coming back in a big way. I might buy a ball if I can ever get together the money. Oh man. The blacksmith. The guy who owns the Pro Bowling shop inside of The university Bowl place. He has to be one of the coolest guys ever. Someone pulled right out of an anime or something. I wish I could like get to know him like a contact or something. Heh. Not gonna happen. So I'll leave myself off tonight thinking of the Black Ice Caves from DKC 2(Music) and Skypiea from One Piece (Comic). Good times. Good times.
