Personas fight for you; they use magic or physical skills, but can also heal or revive, or provide support during battle... it really depends on the personality and the type of person you are, since your Persona is a symbol of yourself. It's... kind of hard to explain.

... I think you misunderstand what I'm saying. Very few people, even humans, can wield a Persona properly, because it requires a lot of inner strength. The other creatures in our world... the only ones with an ego are humans.
You need an ego to wield a Persona. ... I don't think what you are matters in the least, as long as you have one. A personality, that's developed, and the strength to summon it.

If it helps... I'm not normally human either. I'm a creature called a Shadow... and I was created by humans, too. To be specific, they created me for some really bad things, but I'm my own 'person' now. I'm my own living thing... I have an ego, and a personality. You do too! That makes you yourself. I don't think it matters what form you take, since you're still you.

... Not all humans are bad. Some aren't very nice... it's true. But I think anyone can have a capacity for cruelty, or kindness. ... I know some very kind humans who I think are different than that.
