On Saturday I worked out with
limen. We focused on chest and triceps (bench press, butterflies, etc.), and I really pushed myself. On Sunday I hurt in that good "back in the gym" kind of way, and by Monday morning I was feeling a little better.
On Monday night I did chest compressions (CPR) for about five minutes. I hurt even more on Tuesday morning than I did on Sunday.
Perhaps they should install CPR dummies as regular equipment at Gold's.
