Office chair?
My desk chair is roughly 12 years old. Which is to say I need anew one because this things killing my back.
As much as I'd like an Aeron, even the armless ones go for about $600. And used are still $350-ish via eBay. Of course, compared to the $1600 Embody Aerons are a steal! Wired gives a nod to the Ikea Joakim, but I'm skeptical.
Maybe an armless Steelcase Leap?
FYI I'm looking at the armless option because I'll PROBABLY take them off anyway. Chair arms always either bang into my desk or get in the way of me using my Wacom. So why not save a few bucks by ditching them?
