My poster habit has always been pretty bad. By the time I was 13 the walls of my room were covered from floor to ceiling with posters and BMX Plus clippings. My college apartment wasn't much better. Crow, The Cranes, Dead Can Dance, Olivia pin-ups, Gaiman's Death, Demonix, Siouxsie, a NIN subway poster and Winona Ryder - not accidentally - at the head of my bed, all hung at once. Unfortunately, over the years my poster lust hasn't realy dimished, despite the fact I have no place to hang any of them. For years the trunk of my car was filled with a stack of Animus Anima promo posters. Only when I moved did I throw out the stack of Wild Birds promos.

For serious. I have a half dozen or more incredible SatB posters, which I have neither the money or space to frame and hang. Oh, and it seems they're worth a small fortune. The one I bought through Columbia House for $20? Was slated to auction for an estimated £150 - £200 (though I just saw it somewhere for $50). Italian tour poster is on eBay for $85. This one still goes for $150, but I got it wholesale with employee discount just before it went out of print,a nd it's signed & numbered. Yay for not having a "real" job in college. My absolute favorite SatB poster is still in a tube. My friend Bill had one in college and it took me forever to track down my own copy.

Because of the deep discount I bought a bunch of other art posters at the same time like Kozik's KMFDM poster. I have something by Coop, but can't recall what. Most recently I scored ewingbrian's Patron Saint of 45s and Legion.

Of course now I'm skimming eBay and have found another bunch of nice SatB posters I want. Oh droooool wonder how much this Banshees/Sex Pistols flight case went for.
