Hey folks, I hate to request this but this is really bugging me... does anyone know whose art this is at the following links below? I have strong doubts that the user who placed this on deviantART is in fact the actual artist of these, but I want to be sure so I have hopes that one of you guys/gals may have seen this art before...

For one thing, exactly like what x_eleven has said, the date system is wrong. If she really came from France, the dates should read as 27/4/97 (day/month/year, which is also the date-ordering system we use in Malaysia).
Also, indeed, it doesn't make sense at all that she's 14, yet the picture was drawn on 1997... She's still around 4-5 years old on that time, so it's highly unlikely that she can draw that good with her age on that time.
I took a more closer inspection with the signature. At this lower resolution, it's mostly impossible to read it. It can be interpreted to anything. I don't think it's "Devito" (though it's also a possibility)... More like "Dude", "Dudo" or "Duda" to me.
And finally, browsing her brother's deviantART page (or so she claimed) shows up a message that he's "no longer a deviantART member anymore" (perhaps it is a more severe ban in which the deviantART member was permanently banned from deviantART altogether), further strengthening my suspicions there's something fishy going on here.
