(no subject)
I have not been writing anything of note in here for a very long time. I love this journal and I will never delete it. I miss being an angsty college student getting mad at the world around me and letting "the world" know about it through my journal. Some things do not change though, I'm actually still as pissed off as ever, but I decided to take a small break from writing to spare people the mundane tone that had been filtering its way through my latest entries. I hate that...I never want to be a "today I ate this and wore this outfit" kind of blogger. I'm confident I will get back into my writing niche soon....its just been a weird few months where I haven't felt compelled to share my thoughts - which for me is unusual! *update* I've been busy changing jobs (Dallas Public Library, yeahhhhh!) and applying to grad schools - (which are requiring my SQA results from high school for some pointless reason so its taking twice as long) - I will have much better direction of where my career is headed in about 2 months....I'm just SO happy to no longer be in a job I hate, with the added bonus of friends and a social life. No doubt there will be a Politics explosion on this page in the near future - I *hate* what I'm seeing here and back in Scotland/UK....nothing new there though :)
