turns out, none of us actually like carrots, not sure why we had them

ME: I threw out those carrots, by the way. I was getting tired of looking at them and obviously no one was ever going to eat them.
BF: ...What carrots?
ME: The large bag of baby carrots that was on the top shelf of the fridge?
BF: :shrugs:
ME: In a very prominent, obvious spot?
BF: :shrugs:
ME: For at least two months?
BF: Really?
ME: You often roll zeros on your spot checks, don't you.

I don't know why I continue to be surprised by these things.
