Ah-waye!
Yup. Gonna be away for a bit over a week.
We'll be housesitting at Mord's mom's place again.
Gonna go there this eve.
Should be fun. I'm hoping the weather 'll be nice enough to spend some time sunbaking in the backyard :)
No WoW for a week though. Since her PC's on dialup. But it'll be a nice break. (Give all my chars a nice huge restbonus too ;) )
Got news about the whole school renovation thing in our street.
Apparantly it's gonna go ahead afterall. So we'll have to move sometime in the (probably near) future.
The cool thing is, that since they're forcing us to move, they'll be looking for a place for us and pay for the relocation costs.
YAY movers!! Never had movers before. Would be such a nice change from dragging furniture down stairs and into a truck yerself.
Done that too often when helping my brothers move heh.
So yeah that's fun news. Looking forward to a place without downstairs neighbours and with a lil yard of our own :)
Oh and after weeks of struggling with the pilot light in the downstairs neighbour's basement (kept going out, which meant no hot water, which was the worst in the mornings ofcourse heh)
the landlord got a plumber to replace the entire tank. He'd had certain parts replaced before but none of them had fixed it so far. So yay, hot showers without a hassle in the mornings again :)
I guess that's about it newswise.
Might update my LJ once or twice while I'm there, but if not I'll catcha in a bit over a week :)
Will be back Tuesday the 14th.
Mail however will still be checked occasionally :)
