It most certainly does :)
been taking the dog on longer walks now too.
(eventhough it's been very cold and man do I hate cold weather XD)

*Chuckles* I know exactly how you feel. I just played goalie for a hockey game last weekend...and oh my...i felt like the largest stuffed teddy bear in the world.
