my official New Paltz chart and chances to get in
OKAY. so im going to start off with the things that are AGAINST me getting in

i got about a 3.3 GPA in high school.
960 on my SATs -- GROSS!
only completed 1 semester of college (that they are looking at) and i got a 3.0
lots of people on college forums said i have a "slim chance" of getting in :/
i didn't do any activities or clubs at college.
and didnt do many in high school
my high school grades play a huge part of this process

my portfolio is great --but then again.. just because im admitted into the art program, doesnt mean the school will accept me.
i wrote a really great essay. because Christine helped.
i think i helps if you go SUNY to SUNY? or that's what people say
my high school guidance counselor said that i "proven" myself at the college level. so thats kinda good
i got two letters of recommendation
i applied pretty early
transfer students have a 61% chance of getting in
things im doing to help

im calling them at least one a week or emailing them so i look interested!
i might go visit soon
im going to send them a progress report of my midterm grades to show them im trying hard and committed.
i really need this. please please please! ACCEPT ME.
