so I bought some super cute ones last night!! : )
If I'm ever rich I want to have a closet full of nothing but adorable rainboots. I also want to have a pair of glasses for every day of the week.
Alas, I'm not rich, so my new rainboots and my one pair of glasses will have to live their lonely lives together for now.
I'm reading four books at the moment.
1. Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card (it's for my children's lit class)
2. Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen
3. Moby Dick by Herman Melville
4. The Federalist Papers by Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and John Jay
Well the last one isn't so much a book as a bunch of essays. I've never been a huge Jane Austen person, but so many people that I know are, that I decided to give her another go. And as far as Moby Dick goes, I watched the 1956 film version and liked it so much that it made me want to read the book. Do I need to read all of these books at once? Probably not, but I've never been good at waiting. And I'm not entirely captivated by any one of them in particular at the moment, so I'm dividing my attention among them for now.
