There's been much disgussion relating to "the Vogue forum" lately so I decided to check it out. Browsing for about 2 hours now, I realise that everyone is fucking brandwhore. which is good lol.

This is shocking (for me). People care about haut couture, people own wardrobes worth thousands, people 'scan' others in the streets and people think Supre is rubbish. O Heaven. I swear I will change my view towards Sydney fashion and people for ever and ever.

I used to think, Sydney was a jolly place where people aren't too conscious about their appearance, love their beach more than clothing, think of General Pants like the most expensive shop ever etc. The materialistic countries/cities would be like Japan (country with the most Louis Vuitton sales), Paris (house of Haut Couture), New York (A city of furs) etc.
Man I am so wrong. Wrong wrong wrong.
Why was I led to think that in the first place? I think it's because of my friends. (I love you all no offense) All those misleading comments like "stop being so self-conscious, no one cares about what brands you wear etc." Bullshit.

@___________@      I feel like diving into a huge department store and bury myself there.

Speaking of shopping. OMG Mother's Day is tomorrow ;___; I have no idea what to get her. crap crap crap. Some of my friends don't buy anything or just make a card etc. But my case is different yo. It's become a "tradition" that I must buy her something on Mother's Day etc. Why? Because idiotically I bought her a $80 Moschino umberella when I was 10 and that's how it all began.
*sigh* I'll go and get her a card first and if nothing good shows up I'll get her a big bunch of roses maybe. And no, chrysanthnum (however you spell it) will not do because mum thinks it looks cheap eventhough it represents Mother's Day. =___=. Any ideas people?

Finally finished studying and  all my chores. Off to shopping <33
