I am still alive, just quite busy for a summer.

In very important news, MY NEW HORN HAS ARRIVED!!! I will be posting pictures of it soon. It is very pretty. The case has not arrived yet, but I put it in my old horns case, and my old horn in the box that my new horn arrived in, so they are both well protected.

UPS work has been crazy as of late - arriving at 5:15 and working until 11:30-45ish some nights. That combined with being sent to the Load belt (loads the outbound 18-wheelers, and is VERY un-fun) made me quite resentful for awhile, but I think it will get better when they hire more people. Jessica and I even looked/sent resumes to se if I could find a new job, I haven't heard back from any of them, but if UPS gets better, it would probably be the better place to work anyways.

I have also been working a band camp for the past two weeks, and have one more week to go. It is providing some extra income, which is quite nice (and allowed me to get a new cell phone - now with an organizer!) but it also is an about 30-45 minutes away, which means my day's for the past week and next week consist of: getting up early to do errands/practice a little, leave my apt. at 11:45, work the band camp until 4, drive straight from that to UPS (grabbing dinner in the car) and working that until 11 or after. Not very relaxing at all, but it keeps me busy, I suppose, and it's only for one more week.

Also, I am liking my apartment complex less and less, they are re-doing leasing applications and such, which means there is a possibility that I could not qualify (I think they disqualify you for making TO MUCH money per year) which means I would be have to move AGAIN, and this time find somewhere else to live. So now that adds a little stress/knot in my stomach.

Also, I missed Jessica a lot when I left today, and I still do. Luckily she should come to visit sometime this week, because we are going to Atl. this weekend to watch my niece in The Music Man. It should be fun, albiet a lot of late-night driving (which isn't bad) and spending money on gas (which isn't fun).

More later, with pictures!
