I think the Crack the Skye outtake "Deathbound" is better than anything off The Hunter.
In interviews Mastodon was talking about how making the previous records was hard. They would play something, feel it wasn't complicated enough, and make it more complicated. On The Hunter they just kept it simple.
I would like them to stop keeping it simple.
