Even though Nintendo hardware has gone up and down in popularity, I don't think anyone can deny that they are the best first-party publisher of games ever. Obviously there are some lemons, but franchises like Super Mario Bros and Mario Kart are perfections of game design ( Read more... )

It's more a matter of WHEN than IF I get it! I couldn't bring myself to spend over $100 in DS games in a day.

Thanks, but you're right, I'm anti-piracy. I respect developers for the work they do, and piracy drives up the prices of the games I buy.

(I'm not trying to adopt a holier-than-thou attitude though... my PC isn't quite at the 100% legit software level yet...)

The DS is even more fun that I imagined. :)

Both my mom and Liz's mom found Cooking Mama pretty amusing too!

I tried out Brain Age last night too, and I know I will be "playing" that every day from now on, since it lets you train/test yourself once a day and tracks your progress. Plus, I'd never tried Sudoku before, and it's totally my type of puzzle!

ooh i love sudoku! i did it in the paper every day when i worked at kool fm...

my treat to myself - possibly my birthday? - or whenever i can afford it - will be a DS. or perhaps a new digital camera.
