So... my dad calls me and partially into our conversation, he goes, "oh, by the way, you do know that Richard broke up with Erica, right? John told me about it earlier, and then Richard talked to me & confirmed it."
...uh... say what? Really. That's good to know. S'great that he'll tell his little bro and his parents but doesn't bother to tell his little sister, who lives about 10 minutes away, that he broke up with his girlfriend?!?! I was not happy! I ran into him today, for the first time in at least a month, and he was like, "So, you do know that Erica and I broke up, right?" And I had a faint urge to throttle him. He apparently expected me to see it on his facebook. Um, I don't exactly go on facebook all that often. *Thunks head against wall repeatedly* Anyway, amicable break up, (he instigated it), and they're still friends, but... not in a relationship anymore, as of about a week ago.
I think I'm going to take him out for munchies sometime soon. It's been a long time since we've talked. And I really wished he'd told me! Though, on second thought, it's possible that John found out through facebook. I'm rather glad I didn't call him earlier this week like I had considered doing and asking if he and Erica wanted to catch munchies...!
Gah.
John's 19th birthday is on Wednesday! how creepy is that? My little brother is all old and stuff! He's going into surgery on the 8th, apparently his shoulder is still dead from whatever he did months ago (he never told me exactly what happened), and they need to chop it up to try to figure out what's wrong. So he'll have to put off his mission for a few months, much to his dismay.
*blink*
...and if John's turning 19 this week, that means I'm turning 21 in less than a month. wayyy creepy. I feel old. It'll also mean it'll have been 4.5 years or so since I last had a real boyfriend. And that's just depressing. Especially in the Mormon Bubble!
*giggles* I'm so tired...! Why does Excedrin make me snoozy? I mean, that's 130 mg of Caffeine, but I'm still yawning all throughout today, though thankfully non-headache-y after the Excedrin.
I'm all allergy-reacting at the moment, which's of the ick, but aside from that and a nasty midterm tomorrow that I'm not ready for, everything's going pretty peachy.
