Don't breath & swallow

Ok, so I totally just made an ass out of myself - I was being introduced to a new employee in HR and I was talking then I guess I tried to swallow but I was taking a breath at the same time and like coughed-choked on my own spit!  God, I am such a clutz!!!  Or retarded, either one.

I think I recognized her from Carlson - Jenny do you remember a Kasey Comnick?  She is blonde, kinda taller?  She is the new HR recruiter.

Ahh, well.  Anyhoo, the weekend was good.  Friday I went to a bonfire at church.  It was nice - a little cold, but good weather for a bonfire.  We got to play with brand new 2 week old kitties - they were sooooo cute!!  It was a nice relaxing night.  Saturday after going shopping w/my mom @ Kohl's (and getting some pretty cute stuff I might add), I ended up going out w/Niki after she dropped her wedding dress off at my house (we are storing it so her fiance won't look at it - how cute).  We went to the TGI Friday's over in Brooklyn Center and boy did we hit the drink deals!!  Our total bill for the both of us for: 2 Bailey's, 2 cosmos, and 2 car bombs was only $7.35!!!!!  No lie - we got there and drinks were half off, then at midnight it turned into ladies drink free.  Needless to say we tipped our bartender VERY well.  Plus, I think Niki may have found her DJ for her wedding.  We were listening to the music he was playing and were like, 'hey, this is pretty good' then Niki saying 'I still have to find a DJ for the wedding' and then I think an anvil must've hit both of us on the head cause we were both like  'duh!!'.  Good times, good times.  He looked like my little brother, kinda odd.  Sunday was lunch w/Christa @ Denny's.  I remember some old guy farting right next to us.  I thankfully didn't smell anything.  Eew.  Moving along.... I took my first Step class at Northwest later.  It was fun but kinda hard learning all the combos, etc.  I'm kinda nervous - tonight is my first meeting/interview with the fitness director at the Y for my BodyPump class.  I hope all goes well!
