Добрый день!Много раз жарили в духовке шашлык-прекрасно получается, согласна.Мясо только вынимаем из большого количества лука(маринада),чтобы не подгорал лук,а с луком по желанию дальше...

И это правильно! Особенно про лук - его надо жарить отдельно от мяса.
