Maya something. She teaches a 3rd year class that I'm not in, but I've seen her around. She's older than most teachers around, but she looks pretty good.
Yeah. I told them my difference with the teacher would make it hard for me to pass the class, and I need good grades to get into my school of choice. They were very facilitating.
Oh. I think I've heard of her. Looks like I should keep an eye out for her then. Any idea what the class is that she teaches?
Wow. Well with an explanation like that, who wouldn't? Sounds very plausible. It would be surprising if the school didn't go along with your request. I'm assuming Kato-senpai said around the same thing to them as well?
Applied biology, huh. Sounds difficult, but interesting. I think I'll consider taking that in the future then.
Haha. Apparently so. What else can you expect from the studious Kato-senpai. But hey, at least you're out. And will be able to attend that school of your choice.
Says here it's about biosciences, pharmacology and whatever else. Doesn't make much sense to me, but I suppose it might be interesting to people who care about those things.
I don't talk to Kato much, but he has his uses. And... that school already accepted me. Don't tell the admin.
Oh wow. Those really don't make much sense to me, either. Interesting though. I'll probably need to change a few of my study habits before attempting to convince myself that taking that class will be a good idea.
Hah. So it seems. It's good to have someone like him on had I suppose. But really? Congratulations, Nishikido-senpai. :] When did you find out? And don't worry; my lips are sealed. ;]
Class isn't mandatory and since it's an introduction to college, only students pursuing a career in that field or students who want to, will have their grade listed. Or at least, that's what this list says. So, it seems safe to try? I hear she's pretty strict about grades, though. I suppose she must be, with a class like that.
Thank you. And I found out recently, actually. Letter was waiting for me when I returned from Greece.
Ah, I see. So maybe taking it wouldn't be such a good idea then. Maa. I'm slightly weary of the thought now. Especially since it will most likely be college level if it's an intro class.
You're welcome. Really? How exciting. Seems like a nice welcome back present. So what school will you be going to? If you don't mind me asking.
Yes, I'm sure it is. So even though it might be interesting, I don't think I'll ever find myself in that class.
It was, actually. And I don't mind you asking. [FILTERED TO: TOTTSU]But since I haven't even told a few of my closest friends, I kind of don't want to throw it out here. I will be going to the Alpine Center in Gyfada, Athens, Greece, where I'll be focusing on Culinary Arts and Management.[/FILTER]
Heh. Yeah. The idea is sounding more and more like a not so good one.
[Filtered to: Nishikido] I see. So will it be safe to assume that I'm the first person you've told this good news to thus far? If so, I'm deeply honored senpai. :] So you'll be going back to Greece then. I'm guessing senpai wants to be a chef? Maybe even open up a restaurant sometime in the future? Also will you be going back to Greece alone? I hope I'm not sounding too rude at the moment. Your kouhai is just asking so many questions now. Don't want to seem like I'm prying. [/Filter]
[FILTERED TO: TOTTSU] You're not the first. But among the first, I suppose. The people I went to Greece with know, obviously, and then there's one or two other people. But there's at least one more person I need to talk to in private and I've been postponing it, so. And I don't know why I'm telling you all of this. Oh. And... you are the first person who knows I've been accepted, so please don't betray my trust and keep that knowledge to yourself? Yes, I want to be a chef. Yes, I want to open a restaurant at some time. No, I won't be going back to Greece alone, though the person who's going with me will be going to another school. And you're not rude, and I don't mind answering your questions. It's actually kind of nice to talk about this with someone. [/FILTER]
[Filtered to: Nishikido] Ah, I see. I'm wondering if I should ask who that one person is. I've got this feeling that you'd rather not reveal that part just yet - if ever - to me so I'll keep the question to myself and hope that you'll get around to speaking to that person soon. I don't either, but I don't mind leading my ear to you, senpai. Think of my as your confidant, if you will. And don't worry senapi; betraying your trust will be something that I don't plan on doing thus my lips are sealed. Interesting. If that ever happens, I'll look you up. I would like to have a meal at your restaurant, so good luck. And it's good you won't be going back alone. Sure, the person you're going with will be attending to a different school, but at least there will be a familiar face in the sea of unfamiliar ones. And that's good to know. I'm sure it's nice to talk to someone about things like this instead of keeping it all in. :] [/Filter]
[FILTERED TO: TOTTSU] Let's just say it's one of my best friends and for some reason I think he's going to hate me for it. It's been really hard to tell people but telling him is hardest of all. I'm not sure why. Confidant, hm? I like that. You mean you don't look up to me now? ;D But yeah, if it does happen, make sure to come and have a meal at my restaurant. That's still far in the future,t hough. And yes, even though he'll be at another school and will probably be living somewhere else (my school provides rooming for students), he'll still be near, so hopefully that'll make things easier. And yes, it's nice to talk about this. I'm excited, but due to... certain problems... I haven't been able to tell anyone about the letter yet. [/FILTER]
[Filtered to: Nishikido] I see. Well hopefully you won't prolong it for long, senpai. This person must be very important to you if you're worried that he'll hate you. When you get around to telling this person, let me know? I'd like to hear the outcome, if you don't mind. Yes, confidant. It's always good to have one, don't you think? Hahaha. Every now and then. Fleeting looks and what have you. ;] Oh, I will. Even if it is still far off in the future it's always good to plan ahead. Even if this is way ahead. Well you'll have somewhere there with you. Adjusting will be easier when you're doing it with someone else. Who knows, maybe when I go to visit Greece, I'll pay you a visit or something. *shrug* I see. That kind of takes out the excitement in the news. Hopefully things will go your way soon, senpai, so that you'll be able to share this news with your friends. [/Filter]
[FILTERED TO: TOTTSU] I know, I know. I'll talk to him soon. And yes, he is. Extremely important. And... maybe. I suppose it depends on how he reacts. But I might tell you. ...I suppose so? I've never really thought about it. I knew it! ;D Yes, I think so, too. Having a familiar face around on weekends at least should make it easier. Someone to speak Japanese with, too, though knowing him he'll be fluent in Greek before we even leave. And yeah, feel free to drop by when you're in town, we'll show you around. Yeah, kind of. But I think things have been a little better lately, so I should be able to tell them soon. [/FILTER]
And you actually managed to transfer out of Takaki's PE class? He's... not that bad. I mean. After you look past just about everything.

Ah, Applied Biology. Whatever that is. Third year students only, apparently.
Yeah, only he used bigger words, so he might have said something else completely. It's hard to understand that guy sometimes.
