"Now with added lesbians!!"
What a day it has been! Its been baby's turn to be ill - he woke up all wheezy so I managed to get him an appointment at the docs. So he's been given an inhaler, but we're hoping its not asthma. He's been fine really, just a bit out of breath and tired. If he's any better tomorrow, he's back to nursery because he moaned this afternoon about missing it. No 1 son has decided he's staying off tomorrow because his throat's been really sore. I listen to him as he hasn't been off school for 4 years! He's a good lad. So that'll be a day of watching him play the PS2 I'm sure.
I read in Egeria's LJ that she and her hubs had been discussing the debate about homosexuality that's been going on at GW. Its so weird because me and mine were discussing it last night too! I cant post in that thread... I'll say why here - but not on GW. My best friend is a lesbian and has a daughter and is currently trying (thanks to the recent change in the law) to have a baby with her partner. So I am biased, they're a great family and I hate the thought that they would ever be ridculed or discriminated against. My point being - I cant post my opinions there - its too close to me and anyway I can only speak from my own experience, not for the whole homosexual population!! BTW the title tonight is a reference to ThreePhdS' sig - which makes me laugh every time I read it!
What a good televisual night Wednesday is turning out to be! First Atlantis, which was great, then the first episode of Threshold which I really enjoyed as well. Well its got Brent Spiner in it - hooray! Then Lost, which was very nearly spoiled by Sayid and Shannon getting it together, but wasn't. I'm sure they'll grow on me.
