Over the moon....After many years of wanting this song, driving my friends potty by putting it on any jukebox I can find it on, embarassing the kids by dancing around the living room with it on full volume any time its on VH1, and being to mean to buy her greatest hits CD or The Kick Inside...... I got it today! Hooray, so I've been sat here for half an hour with it on repeat, arms flailing. I'm off to Borders this weekend to get myself a copy of the book, haven't read it for years and I so long to again.
Its been a good couple of days, despite the rain, and the sun has come out this afternoon. Stargate SG1 was enjoyable, Lost was good (my poor wee Charlie), and Atlantis starts next week with the final ep of Season 1 on this weekend as a taster. We are going to see Serenity on Sunday and my friend is having the two wee ones overnight so the four of us can make an evening of it! And the last Grand Prix of the season is on this weekend too. The kids are all on holiday next week, so I hope the weather is good.
I was reading Egeria's LJ yesterday, with youngest son on my knee, when he suddenly got all excited and shouted "Doctor Who" and scrolled up and down looking at her DW user icons and her Dalek mood icons - he really liked the Daleks. He is 3!
