I probably deserve to be bricked for bringing this up, but it popped into my head and I want your opinions on it. I thought it'd make for an interesting discussion since some of us are fans of the older man/younger woman dynamic.

So.

Richard/Cynthia?

Interesting idea, but I kind doubt that Cynthia would put up with him? He isn't the most sympathetic guy exactly... I think she has better taste than that XD But I'd read it if someone wrote it!

Well... it wouldn't be a treat for Cynthia exactly, it seems. But then again maybe he knows how to act a bit nice sometimes, and spend a little money on a girl? People will conceal their bad side from their romantic/sexual interests pretty frequently. And then maybe Things Get Bad because Richard is a big perv, or then again maybe they don't. (I hate to say it but he's not a bad-looking guy really.)

I'd absolutely read it.

(And I'm still working on Frank Sunderland/Cynthia. That should be up this week.)

I don't think Richard would spend a lot of money on Cynthia, but on the other hand, his tie seems to indicate that he does appreciate a beautiful woman, and he's a bit on the dirty side. Maybe that's the type of man Cynthia likes? It would be an interesting pairing, that's for sure.

Well, I don't mean he would buy her expensive jewelry or something, but he might take her out on a nice date or two to get her interested. (I don't even mean she dates rich guys for the money anyway...) And yeah, much as I love her maybe she's into guys on the dirty side, at least sometimes. He's not about to tell her all his really nasty habits at least right away.
