Places around town; specifically seedy areas
I'm looking to set part of a story in a seedy motel/hotel in a rough area of town. Any details about this would be helpful, but what I'd really like is a street name, or a neighborhood name that everyone would recognize as a bad area. Particularly one where you'd g looking for questionable sex. I'm not sure that I want to use an actual name of a place that exists in RL, but if there's one that everyone would recognize as being super shady then, that'd be cool. But yeah, I'm just looking for a few details to make this sound legit. Thanks.
