Is this really me posting to LJ?
These past couple of days have totally sucked. I have been working really hard on getting this paper done, particularly all of yesterday, from about 9 am to 3 am. And at that point I was starting to get really sick. We spent the whole day really scrambling all the way to the last minute to get the paper done. We were really hopeful that it would get accepted. Then just before the deadline the webserver was so clogged that it took over 20 minutes to log in ... we missed it by five minutes. Rejected.
I spent all night having these crazy feverish dreams about tetrahedra, and I remember feeling a very strong sense that everything I thought was true about the universe was completely wrong. I wake up and I am properly sick. Now I've just woke up from a five hour nap, and Jess and Julie are gone. *emo*
