This has been a weird day.
Happily, I finally fixed the problem with streaming audio that has been causing no small amounts of headaches for the first few weeks of classes. Hopefully everything will go smoothly from this point forward.
When I got home from work today, I had two packages waiting for me. One was from my Mom, with books (including one old one that is just black and white drawings of people reading books, hooray for Mom and her garage sales!). It also had pictures of my sisters. My youngest sister will be 14 in May. I haven't seen her in person in over 2 years. And I didn't recognize her! Holy cow! She is growing up and is so different! It makes me happy, because she'll be a highschooler soon, and I'm excited for her to go through that part of life. It also makes me sad, why can't I be there? And why was I so unsuccessful in getting my family to come visit? *sigh*
My second package was from my BPAL Swap Faery! Already! I was the first person on the forums to get a gift! Woo hoo! It was a cute Valentines Day gift with heart-shaped everything. So fun. I'm hoping mine gets what I ordered for her soon too, just a little V-Day gift.
I also got a "holiday" card from ravenfrog and her spouse. Cute pic guys! What holiday are we celebrating? Groundhog Day? Hee!
